so we are sure you will appreciate that some items take longer than others.
Please accept that no two handmade items will be the same and there may be slight variations also colours may vary slightly from what you see on the website.

Proof of postage is always obtained and we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal system.
We use Royal Mail and your order should be with you the day after despatch, if you wish your order to have postal insurance please send us an e-mail requesting this and we will arrange this for you.
Where possible we use recycled packaging to cut down on waste and do our bit for the environment.

| If your order has not reached you within 28 days and we have not notified you of any delay please notify us by e-mail or telephone. If any item is to be returned it must be in good saleable condition we will refund the cost of the item(s) only .It is advisable to return items by recorded delivery. This does not apply to personalised and special order items which cannot be returned unless faulty.
We are not liable for disappointment, other damage to your order or consequential loss.
